Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

How to cancel

To cancel, email us at hello@asewandstory.com, message us on WhatsApp, or call us on +91 93155 18243. Please share your order number.

We will confirm the cancellation once it is done.

Refunds for cancelled orders

When an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the amount in your account.

Orders we may cancel

Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example if:

• The item is out of stock or unavailable.
• There was an error in the price or product information.
• We suspect the order is fraudulent.
• The delivery address cannot be served or is undeliverable.

If we cancel your order

If we cancel your order, we will let you know and refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 working days.

After your order has shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
